Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Consulting Services
Consulting and strategy sessions are non-refundable once delivered.
If a session is cancelled in advance, rescheduling may be offered at discretion.
Implementation & Technical Services
Refunds may be issued only if work has not commenced.
Once implementation or setup has started, fees are non-refundable.
Ongoing or Hourly Services
Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
Any work already completed will be billed accordingly.
Exceptional Cases
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
