These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Aly Sunshyn, an independent sole proprietorship based in India.

Nature of Services

Services offered include professional consulting, digital strategy, system implementation, and marketing automation. All services are provided on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

Engagement & Payment

• Services are billed hourly or per agreed scope.
• Payments must be made in advance or as per agreed terms.
• Invoices are payable immediately unless otherwise specified.

No Guarantee of Results

While every effort is made to deliver high-quality services, no guarantees are made regarding revenue, growth, leads, or performance outcomes.

Right to Refuse or Terminate

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion, including in cases of non-payment or misuse of services.

Intellectual Property

All custom work remains the intellectual property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Aly Sunshyn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to Indian jurisdiction.
